VIOLATION: Larceny and possession of a controlled substance

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 12/02/16 at approximately 2022 hours, Vermont State Police received a complaint of a vehicle stopping at several mail boxes in the Andover area.  The complainant described the vehicle and was able to locate it, in the Town of Chester, VT.  Chester Police Department was able to stop the vehicle and identify the Operator as Julia A. McKeen. 

Mckeen was found to be in possession of mail and packages belonging to several people in the Towns of Rockingham, Chester and Andover.  She was also found to be in possession of controlled substance.  McKeen was taken into custody and has been charged with larceny and possession of a controlled substance.
