CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Fall River, MA

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 12/06/16 at approximately 1717 hours the Vermont State Police were contacted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officers at the Highgate Port of Entry in reference to a belligerent male they had taken into custody.  CBP Officers advised that Xavior Haskett, age 21 of Fall River, MA became irate after his alleged girlfriend was banned entry into the United States after it was discovered that she was working as a prostitute.  Haskett was ultimately placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.  At the conclusion of which Haskett was released on citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court Criminal Division on 01/02/17 to answer to the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
