not limited to the front bumper, passenger side head light, windshield, roof,

and passenger side window)

SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On Monday, December 5, 2016, at approximately 0937 hours, members of the Vermont

State Police were notified of a single motor vehicle crash, with rollover, which

occurred south of the residence located at 589 VT Route 30, in the Town of

Poultney, Vermont.

 

Investigation revealed 18 year old Sydney B. Palmer, of Rutland, was traveling

southbound on Vermont Route 30, just north of the Village of Poultney, when she

lost control of her vehicle on the snow covered roadway. The vehicle traveled

over an embankment and rolled over onto its roof, sustaining major damage.

 

Palmer advised she was wearing her seatbelt. Palmer was transported to the

Rutland Regional Medical Center for evaluation.

 

The vehicle was removed from the scene by Earl's Truck Repair.

 

The Vermont State Police were assisted by the Poultney Fire Department and

Poultney Rescue Squad.
