SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On December 27, 2016 at approximately 8:00 am, the Vermont State Police received a report of a Trespass violation on Grafton Road in Townshend.  A member of the State Police responded to the residence and learned that Miss. Kayla Williams had previously been given a “No Trespass” notice for the property of Mr. Stanley Bills of Townshend.  Investigation revealed that Miss. Williams had been seen on Mr. Bill’s property this morning.    Miss. Williams was subsequently issued a citation for Trespass and ordered to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division in Windham on February 28, 2017 at 8:00 am for arraignment.
