SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On December 11th 2016, at 2325 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Dylan Oneil on Interstate 89 North at Mile Marker 110 in the town of Georgia due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Oneil did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Oneil was placed under arrest and brought to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing. Oneil was charged with DLS, and cited to appear in Franklin Superior Court on January 17th 2017 in order to face the aforementioned charge.
