SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On December 6th, 2016 at approximately 2323 hours Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 15 in the town of Cambridge after observing a vehicle traveling east bound with defective equipment, a violation of Title 23 VSA 1221. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Remington Kinney, 25 of Jeffersonville. A check of Kinney’s driver’s license showed to be criminally suspended. Kinney was ticketed for consuming alcoholic beverages while driving, a violation of Title 23 Section 1134(a) and issued a citation to appear in Lamoille Superior Court to answer to the charge of DLS-Criminal.
