SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 12/17/2016 at approximately 1200 hours, State Police

responded to two vehicle crash near the intersection of US Route 5 and

Industrial Parkway in Lyndon Center. Mercedeze Moore, 19, of Montgomery Center

struck a vehicle, from behind, that was driven by Kaylin Brousseau, 28, of St.

Johnsbury, VT. Brousseau slowed down after a deluge of snow came down from the

interstate bridge caused by a passing plow truck. Both operators and their

passengers were wearing seatbelts and no one was injured. 

 

No tickets were issued

 

COURT ACTION: No
