SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/3/16 at approximately 1600 hrs, Vermont State Police – Royalton cited Cory Harriman for Disorderly Conduct after multiple reports over several days of Harriman driving his 2000 Audi A4 up and down Martinsville Road in Hartland. There had been a dispute between Harriman and a resident on Martinsville Road. Reports that Harriman had been stopping in front of an address on Martinsville Road and revving his engine were accompanied by actual video footage of Harriman slowing near the residence and then speeding by while redlining his engine. Further investigation revealed Harriman’s behavior rose to the level of Disorderly Conduct.
