VIOLATION: Arrested on Warrant for Petit Larceny, Operating Without Owners Consent, Unlawful Mischief

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Charlestown, New Hampshire

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 13, 2016, at approximately 8:24 P.M., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 11 east in the Town of Londonderry. Investigation revealed that the operator, Mark Lord, had an active arrest warrant out of Windham County, Vermont for petit larceny, operating without owners consent, and unlawful mischief. Lord was arrested and transported to Springfield Police Department where he was processed. Lord was then transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility where he was held for lack of $1,500.00 bail.
