SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 7, 2016, at approximately 12:15 A.M., the Vermont State Police responded to a complaint of suspicious activity on Eastman Road in the Town of Grafton. Investigation revealed that Edward Arnold was operating his vehicle on Eastman Road in the Town of Grafton. Further investigation revealed that Arnold was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended Vermont Driver's License.  He was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
