SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 12-4-16 at approximately 1905 hours the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle rollover crash on US RTE 7 in the Town of Pownal. Upon arrival on scene it was determined the operator, Brandon P. Hall (25) of Pittsfield, MA failed to maintain his lane of traffic and drove off the shoulder of the roadway. Hall's vehicle subsequently rolled and ended in the position of an uncontrolled rest on its roof. Hall was screened for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Hall was subsequently arrested for the offense and later released on a criminal citation to appear in Bennington Superior Court-Criminal Division on 12-19-2016 at 0815 hours for the charges of Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs and Negligent Operation.
