SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police stopped a silver 2007 BMW bearing VT plates for speeding. During the stop the occupants were identified. A State Police K9 was deployed  and detected the odor of narcotics. State Police searched the vehicle and located 320 bags of heroin. During the initial attempt to stop, Alvarz indicated that he consumed 2gm of cocaine. Alvarez and Mohr were lodged at SCCF in lieu fo $100,000 bail.
