CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: St Johnsbury, Vt.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 8, 2016 the State Police Fire Investigation was
contacted concerning the burning of two porta-potties at the Moore Dam in
Waterford. The damaged porta-potties were a single stall unit and a handicap
accessible unit. Both units were completely destroyed by fire and were valued at
over $2000.00

After several months of investigation and follow up interviews several arrest
were made in this case. Natasha Hackett age 19 from St. Johnsbury, Vt and Sierra
Walters Age 18 of Lyndon, Vt. were both charged with arson. A third 15 year old
female from Lyndon, Vt was also charged with the arson fire. The two adults were
cited to appear in the Caledonia County District Court for January 2017. The
juvenile female was cited to appear in the Caledonia County Family Court for her
involvement. More arrest are pending in this case once the investigation has
been completed.
