CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Londonderry, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 28, 2016, at approximately 4:05 PM, the Vermont State Police were notified that Barton Coburn had violated his conditions of release and abuse prevention order. After an investigation, Troopers arrested Coburn and he was transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. Court Clerk Richard Perra set new conditions and ordered Coburn to appear in Windham County Court, Criminal Division on December 29, 2016. He was then transported to Southern State Correctional Facility and held on $15,000 bail.
