SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 12-17-16 at approximately 06:40 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on East West Road in the town of Dummerston.  Upon arrival it was determined that an operator of a Subaru Impreza failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and as a result went over an embankment.  The roadway was snow covered but the operator of the Subaru acknowledged speed was a factor in the crash.  As a result the operator was given a ticket for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed.  The operator sustained minor injury as a result of the crash.  Rod's Mobil provided the tow service.
