SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 15, 2016, at approximately 9:20 PM, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2003 Honda CRV on Vermont Route 11, in the town of Londonderry, for a minor motor vehicle violation. After an investigation, Troopers discovered that the operator, Scott Burdick had a criminally suspended license and had violated his conditions of release that were imposed on November 31, 2016 following a DUI #2 charge. Burdick was arrested and transported to the Winhall Police Department, where he was cited, released and scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on January 24, 2016.
