SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 12-11-16 at approximately 6:00 am, the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 9 in the town of Marlboro.  The vehicle a 2008 Subaru Legacy incurred complete damage as its operator swerved to avoid a deer crossing the roadway which sent the vehicle over an embankment, striking a tree.  The operator, Stephen Bartels sustained minor injuries and reported he did not need to be seen by medical staff.  Evidence at the scene suggested a deer may have crossed the roadway near the crash site.  Affordable towing provided the tow service.
