SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 2, 2016, at approximately 5:23 PM, the Vermont State Police traveled to 61 Coburn Way, in the town of Londonderry, for a report of a violation of conditions of release and a restraining order. After an investigation, Troopers arrested Barton Coburn for the above charges. Coburn was arrested and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing. Court Clerk Richard Perra set new conditions and ordered Coburn to appear in Windham County Court, Criminal Division on December 5, 2016. He was then transported to Southern State Correctional Facility and held on $500 bail.
