SUMMARY OF CRASH:

State Police investigated a one vehicle crash that occurred on South Lincoln Road in the Town of Lincoln. Investigation revealed that Haskins had lost control of her vehicle because of bald tires and crossed the center of the road, colliding with guardrails causing moderate damage to the front end and driver side. Haskins was transported to Porter hospital and a DRE was contacted to conduct an evaluation of Haskins for impairment. Haskins was processed for DUI Drug by the DRE at Porter Hospital. Haskins remained at Porter Hospital for medical evaluation and treatment for head lacerations.
