SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 11-15-16, at approximately 1615 hours, State Police attempted to initiate a traffic stop of a vehicle on the Richford Road, Berkshire.  The vehicle failed to yield turning onto the Lost Nation Road, Berkshire.  The vehicle finally stopped at a residence on Lost Nation Road.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as Chelsea Staples.  Additionally Staple’s license was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont.  Staples was issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on 01-17-17 for Driving License Suspended and Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.
