SUMMARY OF CRASH:

Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle collision on Route 14 at Valley Lake Rd. Troopers arrived and learned that Briana Camp rear ended Elizabeth Stratton when Stratton stopped to turn at the Woodbury store.
