SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 19, 2016, members of the Vermont Drug Task Force, along with federal authorities arrested Jeffrey LaRouche and Mark LaRouche following an eight-month federal drug investigation for distribution of heroin. During the arrest operation Vermont State Police Detectives seized approximately 79.5 grams of heroin. 

Jeffrey and Mark LaRouche appeared in federal court on October 20, 2016. Following the hearings, Jeffrey and Mark were remanded to the custody of the United States Marshalls Service. The charges are being prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office.
