SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 19th, 2016, at approximately 6:16 am the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle traveling north on interstate 91 near mile marker 58.3. The vehicle was stopped for an equipment violation. The operator, Geoffrey Mckenzie 28, of New Britain CT, was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. Mckenzie was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Exercises and subsequently arrested for DUI. Mckenzie gave a preliminary breath test and registered a .238% BrAC. Mckenzie was processed at the Vermont State Police barracks in Westminster. He was issued a citation to

appear in Windsor Superior Court Criminal Division on December 6th, 2016 to

answer to the charge of DUI.
