SUMMARY OF CRASH:

                On 11/5/2016 at approximately 4:14 p.m. the State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on I91. While traveling north on I91 near mile marker 58.4 the operator, Jan Obdrzalek, lost control of his vehicle due to a flat tire. His vehicle went into the median and came to rest in the median facing west just off of the north bound lane. There were no injuries and no action was taken against the operator.
