SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 3rd 2016 at approximately 1731 hours, Troopers

with the Vermont State Police performed a traffic stop for a motor vehicle

infraction on US Route 302 in Wells River. The operator of the vehicle was

identified as Wayne Tilden. Tilden was found to have a Criminally Suspended

License. Tilden was transported to the Vermont State Police Bradford Outpost for

processing and was later released with a citation to appear in the Orange County

Superior Court on 12/14/2016 to answer to the charge of DLS-C.
