SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 5th 2016 at approximately 0150 hours Troopers with the Vermont State Police observed a male subject in dark clothing walking alongside VT Route 25 in Bradford. Troopers stopped to check the welfare of the male subject who was identified as Michael Kenyon. Kenyon was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. Kenyon was taken into custody and transported to Northeast Regional Correctional Facility where the was lodged for lack of $500 bail.
