SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On November 16, 2016 at approximately 2:19 A.M., a member of the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks, responded to a single vehicle crash on Johnson Curve Road near Waterman Road in the Town of Dummerston. Investigation revealed that the operator, Cailin M. Manson, 34, of Putney, Vermont was under the influence of intoxicants at the time of the crash. Manson was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department Station for processing. Manson was released with a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on December 6, 2016 to answer to a charge of DUI.
