SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On Thursday, November 3, 2016 at approximately 1622 hours Troopers from the Vermont State Police –Rutland Barracks were monitoring traffic on US Route 7 between US Route 7B and Middle Road in the Town of Rutland. Troopers observed a vehicle traveling 86 mph in the 55 mph speed zone. Troopers were able to catch up to and stop the vehicle; identifying the operator as Angela L. Seward.

 

Seward was cited to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 9, 2016 at 8:30 AM to answer to the charge of Excessive Speed.
