SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On November 25, 2016 the Vermont State Police conducting a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle after observing a traffic violation on Vermont Route 73 west, at the intersection of Brown Lane.  State Police made contact with the operator, Nicholas Parent.  A DMV check of Parent’s license status indicated his privilege to drive in Vermont was under criminal suspension.  Parent was released with a citation to appear at Addison District Court to answer the charge of driving license suspended criminally.
