SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

State Police investigated a two vehicle crash at the intersection of US Route 5 and the I 91 Access Road.  Vehicle #1 was traveling north on US Route 5 and turned left into vehicle #2's path of travel.  Vehicle #2 was traveling south on US Route 5 at 40 MPH and was unable to avoid colliding with vehicle #1 as it crossed in front of him. 

 

Contact was made between the left front corner of vehicle #2 and the right rear corner of vehicle #2.  Side airbags were deployed in vehicle #1. 

 

Both vehicles were deemed inoperable and towed from the scene.
