SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

State Police in Westminster are investigating two separate thefts that took place at a residence located on Andover Ridge road in Andover.  The thefts have occurred between August and November.  A garage was forcibly entered and had items such as industrial hand trucks, ladders and an antique duck decoy stolen.  Also taken from outside the residence were two kayaks, a picnic table and an outdoor log rack with vinyl cover.
