SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to 985 Memorial Dr. in the Town of St. Johnsbury for a reported assault. The victim, Branden Rosengren, reported Sean Lamphear, 20, of St. Johnsbury, assaulted him in the parking lot of the KFC restaurant. Troopers later interviewed Lamphear at his residence where he admitted to assaulting the victim.
