SUMMARY OF CRASH: 

On November 19, 2016 at approximately 1050 hours Troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded to a three car motor vehicle crash on VT-30 in Cornwall. Following the investigation it was determined that Vehicle #1 was traveling too closely and rear ended the Vehicle #2, immediately in front of him. This collision caused Vehicle #2 to collide with Vehicle #3. Damage that was done to the three involved vehicles were consistent with statements made by the operators and witnesses on scene. As a result of the crash Lamonda was transported to Porter Hospital for complaints of lower back pain. Schulte and Arnold were treated and released on scene by first responders. Following the investigation of the motor vehicle crash Schulte was found to be at fault for the crash and was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for Following too Closely.
