SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/18/16 at approximately 0135 hours Troopers conducted
a motor vehicle stop on US 7 in Sunderland that resulted in an arrest. The
operator identified as Christina Grupe was stopped for texting while driving.
During the interaction Grupe displayed indicators of being impaired. Troopers
conducted field sobriety exercises and Grupe was taken into custody and
transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for suspicion of DUI.

During processing Grupe provided a breath sample which indicated a .146% BAC.
She was processed for DUI and issued a citation and is to appear in Bennington
court on 12/05/16 to answer to the charge.
