SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On November 27, 2016 Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on North Main Street in Rutland City.  During the stop,  it was found that the registration plates were not assigned to the vehicle, as well as numerous other motor vehicle violations. The operator, Casey Blaisdell, 27, of West Rutland  was found to be driving with a criminally suspended license.  Blaisdell was issued several civil tickets for the aforementioned violations, and was cited into Rutland Superior Court on January 9, 2017 to answer to the charge of driving with a criminally suspended license.
