SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 11/29/2016 the Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle collision on U.S. RT. 7 in the Town of New Haven. Upon arrival it was determined there were no injuries. During investigation, it was determined that Christopher Driscoll, the at fault operator had, struck a second vehicle, operated by Brady Metcalf, from behind.  Driscoll was also found to have operated a motor vehicle while under criminal  suspension. Driscoll was processed at the New Haven Barracks and subsequently released on a citation to appear in Addison District Court on January 9, 2017 at 12:30 PM to answer to the charge of Driving While License Suspended Criminal.
