SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 11/04/2016 at approximately 1320 hours, vehicle #1 operated by Bischof was attempting to pull out of the Honey Pie Restaurant to turn left onto Route 100 North. Vehicle #2 operated by Heinrich’s was traveling southbound on Route 30. Bischof pulled out from the Honey Pie parking lot and struck vehicle #2 as it passed. Bischof reported that she did not see vehicle #2 as it traveled south. Jamaica Fire and Rescue and Winhall PD responded to assist at the scene.
