SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 11/24/2016 at approximately 1140 hours, State Police responded to a two

vehicle crash near 2890 Spaulding Rd in St. Johnsbury, VT. Noah Lamont, 17, of

St. Johnsbury failed to negotiate a corner while traveling west and ran into a

vehicle driven by Kara Weaver, 19, also of St. Johnsbury, traveling in the

opposite direction. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts and were not

injured. Speed and road conditions were both factors in the crash.

 

Lamont received a Written Warning for Title 23 VSA 1081(a)
