VIOLATION:  Arrest on warrant – Home Improvement Fraud - Felony

 

ACCUSED:  Glenn E. Boucher                                  

AGE:  50

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Hinsdale, NH

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 11/17/2016 at approximately 1400 hours, members of the Vermont State Police Westminster responded to State Forest Road in Townshend to attempt to locate Glenn E. Boucher who had an active warrant in the State of Vermont for Home Improvement Fraud – Felony. This case originated with VSP Brattleboro on December 2, 2015. In the original case, Boucher agreed to provide a home improvement service, received payment in excess of $5000.00 but never provided the services. Boucher was taken into custody without incident and lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $5000.00 bail.
