SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Vermont State Police in Royalton observed a vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business in Royalton. Troopers made contact with the operator, who was identified as John-Michael Taylor. While speaking with the Taylor, Troopers observed signs of intoxication. Taylor was screen for DUI and refused to provide a preliminary breath sample. Taylor was arrested for DUI and processed at the Royalton Barracks. Taylor was released on a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on December 20th, 2016 at 0800 hours.
