SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 30, 2016, at approximately 11:28 A.M., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Middletown Road in the Town of Londonderry. The vehicle was operated by Logan Foster of Manchester, Vermont.  Investigation revealed that Foster was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended Vermont Driver's License.  He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Winhall Police Department for processing. Foster was released and issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Criminal Court at a later date.
