VIOLATIONS: Possession of Heroin, Violation of Conditions (x2), Reckless Endangerment, Petit Larceny,

Interference With Access to Emergency Services, Violation of Abuse Prevention Order (x2),

Possession of Depressant/Stimulant/Narcotic

 

ACCUSED: Ryan Magoon                                              

AGE: 28

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Londonderry, Vermont

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 3, 2016, at approximately 4:41 P.M., the Vermont State Police

made contact with Ryan Magoon, of Londonderry, Vermont. At the time, Magoon had several active warrants

for his arrest in Bennington County and Windham County. Magoon was arrested and transported

to the Westminster Barracks where he was fingerprinted and photographed. Magoon was later transported

to Southern State Correctional Facility where he was held without bail.
