LOCATION: Eastham Road, Shrewsbury, Vermont

 

VICTIM: Trey Young

AGE: 45

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: New Haven, Connecticut

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/20/16, at approximately 20:20 PM, the Vermont State Police, from the Rutland barracks, received a report of a missing hunter in Shrewsbury.  Further investigation revealed that Trey Young had entered the woods off Eastham Road earlier in the day and had not returned home at 6 PM as expected.  Members of the State Police Search and Rescue Team, the Killington Search and Rescue Team, the Rutland Fire Department and several other agencies are actively searching the wooded area around Eastham Road, in Shrewsbury for Mr. Young. Anyone with any information of Mr. Young's whereabouts are asked to contact the State Police, in Rutland, at 802-773-9101.
