SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 11/06/2016 State Police responded to a reported burglary at the Mountain View Apartments in St. Johnsbury. Peter Langmaid reported a wallet containing a large amount of cash having been stolen from his apartment.

  On 11/11/2016 Troopers executed a search warrant related to this case  at a residence belonging to Nikia George. During the search, Troopers located several syringes in an area easily accessible to a child. George was issued a citation for Cruelty to Children as a result. Andrea Kenney was issued a citation for burglary. Both are due in Caledonia Court on 01/09/2017.
