SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time State Police received a report of a family disturbance on Willow Brook Lane in the Town of St. George. It was reported Benjamin Brooks was involved and had assaulted 2 people, but had left the area prior to law enforcement arrival. Brooks was later located in the Shaws parking lot in the Town of Williston after Williston Police Department received a report of a car collision and a family disturbance. State Police took Brooks into custody without incident. He was transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. Brooks was later lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center with a court date of November 28, 2016.
