VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

 

ACCUSED: Keith A. Decker Jr.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Jericho, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Packard Road in the Town of Jericho. The operator was identified as Keith A. Decker Jr. Through the course of the stop, Decker was found to be under the influence of alcohol and refused to provide a preliminary breath sample. Decker was taken into custody for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. Decker was released with a citation to appear in Burlington Superior Court on December 15, 2016.
