SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/13/2016 at approximately 0225 hours, I observed a Ford F-250 commit a motor vehicle violation on Main Street in Barton and I conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the operator, Brandon Perron, I noticed he had bloodshot watery eyes. After investigation, I asked Perron to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Exercises, which he performed. Perron willingly provided a sample of his breath and his BAC was .185% at 0225 hours. Perron was placed under arrest for Suspicion of DUI. Perron was taken to the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks where he was processed, fingerprinted, and photographed. Perron was given a citation and released.
