SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 11/4/16 The State Police and the Department of Children and Families received a report of an inappropriate relationship between a cafeteria staff member at Lyndon Institute and a 15 and 16 year old student.

 

Investigation reviled that Gilmore was involved in a sexual relationship with both juveniles. It was also learned that on several occasions Gilmore provided the juveniles with alcohol and cigarettes.

 

All the incidents occurred outside of school hours and off the school campus. Gilmore has since been place on leave by Aladdin Food Management Services who is catering company that provides meals at Lyndon Institute.

 

Gilmore was cited for sexual assault, Furnishing alcohol to a minor and contributing the delinquency of a minor. She is due in Caledonia Court on 1/9/17.
