SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 11/8/16 at approximately 1207 hours Stone was traveling south on I-91 near mile marker 38 when she experienced a medical emergency and traveled off the road, striking a grass embankment. Stone was taken to Springfield Hospital. Following the crash, Stone's 10 month old puppy, Max, ran from the vehicle and was unable to be located.

 

On 11/9/16 at approximately 0939 hours Max was reported to be back at the crash scene and I was able to take him into custody. Max has been reunited with Stone. Picture included.
