SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the late evening of October 2nd, 2016,  State Police were conducting routine patrol of I 91 when they observed a vehicle traveling 103 mph, in excess of the posted speed limit of 65 mph. State Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver to be Martin-Laudato (21). Martin-Laudato was arrested and processed for Excessive Speed at VSP St. Johnsbury Barracks. She was released on a citation for Caledonia County Court - Criminal Division on November 11th, 2016.
